Gurkha cigars are one of the few quality brands not to have its birth in Latin America. At the late stages of the British occupation of India, British soldiers were making their own cigars with the native tobaccos. They named their cigars after the Nepalese warriors.
Gurkha has an extensive line of cigars available. Grand Reserve is probably the most recognizable. Grand Reserve are made from the finest Dominican tobaccos and are infused with the finest cognac the world has to offer. Master Select uses an aged Havana 2000 Wrapper to encase a mixture of Honduran, Dominican and Nicaraguan tobaccos to deliver a rich and full bodied cigar. The Regent cigar is a complex and sophisticated cigar. The Regent is constructed with an Indonesian binder and Dominican and Nicaraguan filler wrapped in Havana 2000 leaf. Crest L'' Grand is Nicaraguan filler and binder wrapped in a maduro Connecticut wrapper that is aged 9 years. This is sure to provide a rich and special flavor. Gurkha Legend are the finest cigars in their offerings. The Connecticut wrapper is aged for and fermented, a 7 year process before it is ready to become a Legend.
This is only a fraction of the offerings from Gurkha. Each one is work of artistry completed in a shroud of history. If you are ready for the experience of a lifetime, pick up a box of Gurkha today.
